We live in Tennessee and our Nissan broke down on a Friday night in Cocoa Beach, the day before we were leaving on a 6 day family cruise. I have a service contract through Carmax and they referred me to Rockstar so we towed the vehicle to them. They were closed until Monday so I emailed Thomas my info and advised him we would have no cell service until the following Friday and could only be reached via e-mail. In addition, I explained we would have no transportation if the vehicle was not repaired by the following Friday. Thomas and his team took the ball; located the problem with my vehicle, coordinated the service under my warrant agreement, ordered parts, and completed repairs by Friday for my pickup. Great Job and I would highly recommend their services.
